As well as cooking full time, I am also the resident chef for Res Fortes, an award winning wine company owned and run by the lovely Moritz Bak in Maury, France.

I wrote the following articles while working as Editorial Assistant for Liz Earle Wellbeing, and still have a great interest in health, wellness and the natural world.
